1. Presentation of Services

Total Inmueble is a real estate consulting agency specialized in the valuation, administration, and management of commercial spaces and luxury offices. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Detailed market analyses for business properties.
• Consultancy for the acquisition of commercial spaces.
• Portfolio management for investors.
• Administration of commercial and office properties.

We do not provide services related to residential housing for children, medical services, or services of a religious nature.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Obligations of the Agency (Total Inmueble):

• To provide accurate and verified market information and analyses, within the limits of professional knowledge.
• To act with professionalism and confidentiality in the client's interest.
• To transparently communicate all conditions, costs, and limitations of the services offered.

2.2. Rights and Obligations of the User/Client:

• To provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services.
• To respect the agreed payment terms for the requested services.
• To use the received information and materials for strictly professional purposes and not to distribute them to third parties without our written consent.
• The client has the right to request clarifications regarding any aspect of the services offered.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our market analyses, valuations, and recommendations are based on professional data and methodologies available at the time of service provision. Total Inmueble assumes no liability for:

• Investment decisions made by the client based on our consultancy.
• Financial losses resulting from real estate market fluctuations or external economic factors.
• Information provided by third parties (authorities, sellers) that proves to be inaccurate.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the specific case.

4. Financial Conditions and Payments

All fees for consultancy and management services will be communicated in writing and accepted by the client before work begins. Any additional costs will be pre-approved. Payment conditions, including deadlines and methods, will be stipulated in the individual contract. There are no refunds for services already provided and completed.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

A party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, respecting the notice periods stipulated in the individual contract. Total Inmueble reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
